Cancellation Policy Holstein Girl Nails will charge 50% of the service(s) booked if a client cancels in under 24 hours. Clients subject to charge of 100% of service(s) booked if cancelling in under 24 hours becomes habitual. Late Policy For late clients, there will be a $10 fee added to service(s). Holstein Girl Nails holds the right to reschedule (upon which the client will be charged 50% of the booked service(s)) or shorten service(s) if the client does run late~ consultation upon arrival of what we will be able to accomplish with the remaining time. Service Policy Holstein Girl Nails holds the right to refuse service to anyone at any point during the service to which deposit will not be refunded, and service being paid in full will be left to the discretion of Holstein Girl Nails. We understand life happens, & hope you understand why we have these policies in place.
